How far in advance should we book?
For weddings, we recommend booking 6 to 12 months in advance to guarantee date availability. For birthday parties and small celebrations, 2 to 3 months notice is usually sufficient. Feel free to call us for last-minute openings.
Do you edit all the photos and videos yourself?
Yes. All editing, color grading, audio leveling, and photo retouching is handled entirely in-house by our dedicated editors. We do not outsource our creative post-production work, ensuring consistent, premium quality.
How long does it take to get our photos, videos, and albums?
We deliver sneak peek digital photos within 7 days of the event. Full digital galleries are delivered within 4 to 6 weeks. Video edits and hand-bound physical albums take approximately 8 to 10 weeks to complete and ship.
Can we customize our physical album materials?
Absolutely. We offer a curated selection of materials including Italian full-grain leather, European linen, custom acrylic covers, and gold-foiled engravings. You will work with our album designer to approve layouts and materials before binding begins.
